Choose My Agent’s mission is to help bring vendors and estate agents together for the mutual benefit of both parties.

Vendors can make well informed decisions about the estate agent they use to help sell their most important financial asset. Estate agents can demonstrate to vendors their wealth of experience selling property, driving increased lead conversion and instructions.

We do the hard work so vendors and estate agents don’t have to. We help compare the performance of high street and online agents based on the agents’ experience (No. of properties sold and average price) expertise (price achieved) and efficiency (days to sell).

We recommend estate agents to vendors who are effective across all of our key performance metrics. We endorse those who have a superior track record selling property within the vendor’s postcode area.

We do not seek out the cheapest agents and prefer to match vendors with the right agent for their property based on key performance metrics.

Our business is built on fairness, transparency and expert customer service and we look for the same principles in the agents we introduce to vendors.
